Política de reembolso

We want you to love your books. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us at thewordandwonderbooks@gmail.com before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
